Ware House Interiors Complaint - Neglectful and Poor Craftmanship

ORANGEVALE, CALIFORNIA -- This was my first time using Ware House Interiors. I interviewed the owner and son several times and was assured by Cliff (the owner) that he would "Wow" me on their craftsmanship and attention to detail. He wanted to get all my business as I am a busy general contractor. My customer called me after the owner himself had finished the installation and had left the job. She was very upset. She had a list of complaints that I verified later. 1) Slabs of granite went two directions and did not match at the seam. 2) Solid black spots (on beige granite) on bull nose that should not have been used. 3) Crack in granite where they cut out the sink. 4) New stove top was not centered under microwave or cabinets 5) Scratched cabinets from installation. 6) Dings in newly textured and painted wall. Needless to say I was not "wowed" and am now left with having to find a new granite contractor, pull out the old work and install all new. DO NOT use this company.
