Remodelr.com Complaint - Return wrong item shipped

RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- I've made several calls to company and I am tired of being lied to. The are suppose to email me a retun form but keep stalling. This has been going on since Oct 11, 2011. I have already reported them to the BBB. The are now blaming Amazon who has nothing to do with this. My credit card company paid Remodelr-not Amazon.

You may want to start by challenging this charge with your credit card company, since any delay decreases the chances you'll get any action/refund from remodelr. Since Remodelr says it is governed by the laws of the State of California ( see http://www.remodelr.com/legal.aspx ), you might also file a complaint with the California consumer protection agency via http://www.dca.ca.gov/consumer/complaints.shtml and file one at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml
