Bobs Discount Furniture Complaint - Customer Service is not helpful At ALL!!!!
WOBURN, MASSACHUSETTS -- Bobs Customer service is not helpful at all.. Bobs messed up my delivery by bringing the wrong Bed and chest. They then reschedule delivery 4 days later during my working hours like we all don't work. I told them that I have to work during those hours that its not good and they say we will put in a request to make you the last run of the day. So I say " Fine, I can reschedule my working schedule for a mistake that YOU MADE." Four days later they are calling me while I am at work telling me my stuff is being delivered in an half hour. It was 9:30 in the MORNING...WTF.... Why am I running around shifting my schedule for a service that I paid for. Customer service kept apologizing but never told me how they were going to Fix the problem. "STOP APOLOGIZING" do your F'ing job or get people in the wear house that know how to read the words EXPRESSO COLOR so no other consumer has to go through this. I am not asking you to move mountains, I am asking you to provide the service that I paid for. Then don't patronize me by apologizing a million times thinking everything is going to be ok.
