ROME, GEORGIA -- I do not like the service for the simple fact is that when you try to talk you loved one you got to have the service on there. I mean what if you can not afford the service to put it on your phone. I think even if you do not have the service, there should still be a button you can push so you still talk to your loved. I mean this service is just bad and really stinks.

Unfortunately, it's the only option if you wish to speak to your incarcerated loved one. So the choice becomes, speak with them or not?
