Sprint Complaint - Bad business
OKLAHOMA -- I want to start off, I do have a rather large cell bill. At first, I talked and the people were very nice making arrangements etc.. I'm having financial problems so I called Sept 29th to get set up on seasional standby. I thought I had 6 months to pay past due amount. Nothing was mentioned about collection agency. Nov 2 I get a letter in the mail they arfe sending my account to collections even though I'm supposed to be on standby. I was very upset. I thought I had seventy days to pay but after talking to 3 stupid people my account will be turned over Nov 7th. irregardless if I'm on standby or not. NEVER USE SPRINT. THEY SUCK.
