Alamo/National Complaint - Lost and found. worst customer service
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Left my iPhone in the car when returning and when I called they said they found it and will be shipped out the next day. I called again 3 days later to see if they shipped it out and they said that they still have it and have to go through lost and found process and MR. Johnson will take care of all the shipping and will answer my questions. Well it has been 5 day and I left "MR>JOHNSON" voice messages, emails and I am not getting any answer back. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I never heard of taking a week to even return the phone calls or email. Its 2011 and phones are an important part of our life. I wouldn't have cared if its my personal phone but its my business phone and I have no way to get through my day.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALAMO/NATIONAL RENTAL CAR COMPANY TO ANYONE.
