USBancorp Investments Complaint - Another Group of Hidden Unexplained Fees

ST LOUIS, MISSOURI -- We have had a self-directed IRA for over 25 years, it began with a large state bank and now is held by USBancorp. Customer service and the investment representatives have no concern for their clients. They read from a script and deliver no intend to be interested if your concerns. The people who answer their 800 numbers and emails just work there and do not care about you. We are trying to close our account with them and move our money to another investment firm and it has taken over 6 weeks and they are still not closed. Another annual fee is due later this month, I'm sure they are trying to get another annual fee from us before we are done in addition to an account closing fee.

The other investment firm should have been able to handle this for you; check with them now to see how they can get this ball rolling.

Also, it would help if you physically went to your local branch and spoke with someone in person.
