NATIONNWIDE, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- They double charged me for a double minutes card I purchased in July and I have tried to get it reversed since then and now they tell me, the complaint is to old and so all they can do is give me some minutes instead of a refund. WHAT A SCAM. No matter what # you call for customer service they transfer you to several different depts until they disconnect you. After at least 10 or more calls over a 2 month period, not one cust service representative or supervisor or corporate office person has issued the credit, even though they have sworn that they did.

HELP HELP HELP!!!!

Trying to find a number for Tracfone other than what they provide is, as you've found, darn near an impossible task. They're owned by Mexican America Movil (also called just America Movil) so you can try a contact via that company's investor site, http://www.americamovil.com/amx/en/forms/contact it's a long shot, but might work. I also found several numbers (again, one of these might work) (800) 876-5753, (800) 626-4883, or (800) 867-7183. Best of luck, you'll need it.

I have never had a problem reaching cuistomer service with the last number shown, and have always gotten excellent service, even if there was a slight communications glitch.
