Travel Guard Complaint - Refund Denied To Disabled Customer

STEVENS POINT, WISCONSIN -- Became disabled on 9/15/11, faxed all papers four times spoke with numerous people who made jokes about my disabled state, ridiculed me, admitted they had no medical background yet questions the restrictions written by a neurosurgeon, I have spent over 70 hours on the phone with these people all logged with names and times, and have awful conversations where they state my health or lack of is of no concern to them. They are frauds, their product is worthless yet worse than this is the emotional abuse I have had to endure with the jokes, ridicule and excuses while listening to people with no medical degree argue with me about how valuable their opinion is. I am a nurse, I am under the care of a surgeon and have had to apply for SSI, due to the danger of my working, at a hospital where I am a valued employee, with an excellent review, yet unable to work due to my change in status health wise.

I want people to know they do not have to be told they are stupid, worthless and of no value and to know these people are not here to help you they are worse than telemarketers or scam artists.
