Radialabs Complaint - Even if they had an excellent product they have destroyed their reputation by bilking thousands of dollars from customers

Complaint

I also requested a free sample. Am on chemo and have to be careful with what I use. It did not work for me. They sent another one and charged the $74.95. I immediately sent it back and received and RMA number. That was almost 6 MONTHS AGO. I have called and called, being assured each time that it would be in my account frm 3 to 30 days. Hmmmm funny but they sure managed to get it out of my account in a very timely manner. Today was the last call and the last straw. they tell me it is now up to me to have my credit card dispute the charge. So, I am filing a fraud charge with my credit card company. I suggest any of you do the same. because that refund will not be coming into your account.

People are all having a hard time these days, so I say shame on this company for bilking its honest customers.

Nothing is ever free if they ask for your credit card number.

If it was as good as they say it is, they would sell it in walmart for a trial (5.95) instead of forcing you to give out your credit card number then charging more..

I understand if a credit card number is needed to cover shipping and handling, but a reputable company won't abuse that information.

I think the title of this review says it all.
