Sugarcraft, Inc Complaint - Return Policy
HAMILTON, OHIO -- I placed an order for a cake decorating Airbrush for my chef wife. Upon it's arrival I immediately discovered that it was not what I wanted. The product was not even removed from the shipping box. I contacted Sugarcraft via e-mail and was told they have a no return, no refund policy. I referred them to the 15 day return policy listed on my receipt. Too bad, I was told that I had agreed to their policy when placing the order. I contacted my card company and filed a dispute. I am also contacting every culinary school I can find and asking that they remove Sugarcraft from their list of companies students can order from. Company is terrible, no professionalism whatsoever. Had I been allowed to make the return I most likely would have placed another order for something else.
