Proflowers Complaint - Such a disappointment - flowers

NORTH CAROLINA -- THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE AND EMBRASSING SITUATION. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A FAMILY DEATH TO BE DELIVERIED TO THE FAMILYS HOME ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON OR FRIDAY. FRIDAY I GOT A CALL THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY USE ONE FLORIST IN BRYSON CITY, NC AND THEY ONLY DELIVER TO FUNERAL HOMES. WHEN PLACING THE ORDER I WAS VERY CLEAR IT WAS GOING TO A HOME. MY FLOWERS TO MY MOTHER -IN-LAW NEVER MADE IT THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL AND PRO FLOWERS DID NOTHING TO TRY AND DELIVER IN A VERY SENSITIVE SITUATION. I'LL NEVER USE THEM, EVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERY WEBSITE THAT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY BUSINESS I WOULD HAVE CALLED A LOCAL FLORIST AND HAVE THE FLOWERS DELIVEREDTO INSURE THAT THE TIME SENSEITVE DELEVERY WAS COMPLETED AS PROMISED.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. During such a difficult time, you said it best. Use a local florist.

You can even contact the funeral home, to find out who they use, so you know that at least it will be a safer situation, so that you do not have this type of aggravation during your time of grieving.
