Dell Complaint - Dell Desktop
VERSAILLES, KENTUCKY -- I bought my desk top in August 2010. It crashed 3 weeks later I had to talk bad to them to get another one and the thing was only 3 weeks old. Then the printer quit working 2 mos after that, and I guess the most stressful thing of all is when you order you talk to someone you order from American's then when it breaks you talk you talk to someone over in a foreign country that you CAN'T UNDERSTAND AND DOESN'T CARE. MY COMPUTER IS STILL NOT RIGHT AND EITHER IS MY PRINER AND YOU SPEND AND ALL DAY ON THE PHONE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE, I WORK ON MINE THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT IT BUT I WILL NEVER BUY ONE FROM THEM ANY MORE, I AM TRADING MINE IN ON ANOTHER BRAND- I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE BBB ON THIS MATTER. POOR PC NEVER BUY THIS- THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT. POOR COMPANY. COMPANY IN INDIA CAN NOT EVEN CONTACT ON ANY MATTER. THEY NEVER SEND WHAT YOU ORDER CRAPY CO. WHEN YOU CALL TO ASK WHY THEY STATE LET ME PUT YOU ON HOLD AND THEN BEGAN TO QUOTE THAT IT COMP. WITH YOUR PC KNOWING THAT IT IS NOT AND YOUR PC IS TELLING THAT IS NOT GET TECHS THAT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING AND CAN SPEAK AMERICAN. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD CO. BUT I THOUGHT WRONG.
