Apex Merchant Group Complaint - Deceptive sales practices

PLANO, TEXAS -- I received a call from a representative about installing a credit card processing machine in my office. My clients would be able to pay their bills via credit card. My understanding was this was only for 1 year and there was to just a $5.00 monthly charge only. I received a contract via online. The contract was in small print. I have since discovered that
more charges are being levied against me. I found out that is a 3 year contract. I called the company and expressed desire to cancel the
contract. I could cancel, however there was a termination fee of several hundred dollars.

As you have discovered, not reading what is written in the contract (not matter how small the print) can be expensive, but thanks for the heads up.
