HOUSTON, TEXAS -- My father was a victim of credit card fraud (elder fraud). A person had been charging his credit card monthly for thousands of dollars for over a year. We only found out after he was hospitalized. I contacted Citicards and they did everything to help us. I sent all my documentation. I thought they would only go back 90 days per their info on disputed charges but they went back for the full year and refunded all the money. The were polite, professional and very easy to deal with.. Would highly recommend any credit company that goes this far for someone
