Dalco AC Compliment - Dalco AC Great Service - Thank You!

DALLAS, TEXAS -- This past August our AC went out. I searched the internet for a replacement to find favorable responses from several units we were looking at. Then called our trusty AC company that we have dealt with for over 15 years. JD told us we should consider the Lennox and why, that the parts are supperior to the others and the unit itself would be worth the money. Dalco gave us a competative bid and replaced our whole system in less than two days. Also added an additional duct and return air vent. When the job was completed the technician went step by step how to operate the new system. It is truly wonderful! Right away our home was cooler than before and the unit was not running constantly. Now when it is 110 outside I do not expect any unit to cool, more than 20 degrees, but ours was kept at 85 and had no problem keeping up. We have also tried the heat and it also is great during these chilly mornings. We have received our electric bill for the past few months and already see a change when compared to last year, I think over time this new unit will pay for itself.
It comes with a computer screen that can be programed. It automatically turns off the heat pump when it gets too cold and reverts to emergency heat, no more coming home to a freezing house this winter. It even has a special filter that has to be changed every 9-12 months, YEA! It cost averages a little more than the other kind, but also has special features to control the envirment in the house. Lastly I know that when and if I do call they always take special care to try to trouble shoot the problem before sending a man to the house. Great Company, would highly recommend to all my friends.

I only found 3 complaints for Dalco in a quick search and that speaks well for them. Thank you for taking the time to compliment them.
