Verizon Wireless Complaint - False Advertising And Getting Ripped Off
FLORENCE, MONTANTA -- Three years of asking for help with dropped calls and no help from rude employees and then last week being told that the line is no good. Was always tom upgrade to a better phone and the contract was always changing .I am 72 years old and a vet with stage three colon cancer and my daughter takes care of me and dropped calls were always a problem. Have been with Verizon for half my life and always payedd my bill but last month I got tired of them passing the buck and didn't pay my bill and will not until someone who can make a decision talks to me. They have gotten so big they don't care about the little man. If I can't get help then I will get a lawyer.
