Boostmobile Complaint - No Real Customer Care Service

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- They over charged my account six times in one week and no one can help me, they can't transfer me over to a live rep, or they simply just disconnect the line. I am so tired of hearing only the ignorant people working and they can't even do their jobs right. where in hell are the educated people. most of these people don't even have a high school diploma. I believe that the CEO of Boostmobile is a thief for letting his people do and work as they feel fit!!!!! We even went to the store where we purchased the phones and even the dealer was astonished as to how dumb the people in El Paso were. They just kept on transferring him over and over. I am so angry right now that I hope this company folds and goes under. I hope the shareholders are saving for that rainy day coming soon!!!!!!!!
