United Parcel Service Complaint - UPS Corporate Customer Relations
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- After losing the two packages in one delivery in a rural area, and classified as class one (1) by UPS, very safe area, the UPS had to pay for the packages. Then the UPS Corporate Customer Relations, turn around and made me sign for every delivery,no signature required by sender, making it inconvenient to be at delivery time, between 8 A M and 6 P M. and if I know delivery date, which is totally impossible. Then UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta changed their mind and gave me the customer that pays for their wages, the opportunity of one more time w/o having to sign for the deliveries from UPS.
The homes in my area are well marked with addresses in front of the homes and well separated and loosing a delivery at the wrong home is
not possible in my rural area.
Be very careful with UPS and their Ideas of what is right.
