Good Feet Store Informative - Bad Feet Store - Insoles

Insoles
Review by atokadjoe35 on 2011-11-09
IOWA -- I went to the good feet store because I had mild heel pain. I was sold some arch supports for $636. all sales final. after the first week my heel pain intensified %100. I also began suffering from pain in my knees, hips and back. I went back and exhanged the supports for different ones. I experienced the same intense pain I had the week before, after spending the weekend bed ridden I switched back to my old $9.99 supports within a day my back, knees and hips began to get better. my heels are also better. I want to warn other consumers not to fall for the same scam I did.

i have had custom orthodics before, and they are not cheap. afte ri was fitted, my items made, i experienced worse pain for the fisrt 3 weeks later. my doctor told me that was normal as my body was re-aligning to correct position.

@Madconsumer thank for sharing what your doctor said.I just got some supports and I know I have to get used to them but I did not expect to feel some pain in my neck and back, even a slight head ache, then I though its probably re-aligning.

Having heard the Good Feet advertisements, I fell for their scam and paid $100 for a pair of orthodics which, supposedly, would cure my plantar fasciitis within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and no relief whatsoever from pain, I saw a podiatrist. He said the product has a value of 50 cents and will never alleviate my pain. He gave me pads to put on my $32 Spenco orthodics, and the pain is slowly lessening. I tried to return the Good Feet orthodics, since they told me they are guaranteed for 6 months and I had them for only 1 month. I was told they can't refund my money, and my only option is to apply $70 toward a $300 pair of orthodics, which I declined.

I am stuck with a totally inferior product, but want to warn others, even though their ads sound convincing, don't waste your money on the fraud at the Good Feet Store.
