Verizon Wireless Complaint - Overage Charges
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer since 2003. I thought I was on the 900 minute plan but rarely use my phone so I didn't specifically look. I had a family situation that required many phone calls - now I have over $400 in overage charges. No warning was provided. For the extra cost of Verizon, I expect more notice and care. When I called about accommodation, it was modest (and they kept offering me free service but only if I renewed - which I'd get anyways).
