Best Buy Complaint - Very low volume on 19in T.V. Insignia
SPRING HILL, FLORIDA -- Back in June of 2011 we purchase a small TV for our airstream travel trailer, due to illness we have been unable to travel but did take a small trip to see our son and it was at that time we discovered that the volumn was so poor that we were unable to use the TV and returned it to the store and ask for a replacement. They refused and said it was not defected and the volumn was o.k. and that they know longer had that model (Insignia). So we left the TV with them since it is no good to us the way it is. All we were asking is that they replace it with one that has better volume. The TV has a two year warranty and on the box with a label that said return it to the store and that is what we did. Only to find out that Best Buy manager Steven was very customer unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate us with acceptable alternative. I am hopeful that we will be able to resolve this problem soon.
