Sub Way Complaint - Disrespect to a Child
ABBEVILLE, LOUISIANA -- On November 11, 2011 I went to Subway located in Wal-Mart at 3005 Charity St. Abbeville, La. Before I got the chance to order anything I was conferred by the store manager in a rude way. Myself, a friend and my one year old daughter brought food from the deli in Wal-mart, my daughter was crying so we went in Subway to eat my friend way ordering and I was putting my stuff down and getting a high chair for my daughter. I didn’t want to leave my children by herself so my friend went order then I was going to order. That’s when the store manager in a loud and rude voice said “You can’t eat in here”. I said “what” Then said “You can’t eat that food in here”. So I left my daughter was so upset that I returned to the Subway and sit down to feed my child. The manager in a rude voice “I told you cannot eat here,” “I told her that you not going to tell me when I can feed my baby she’s upset and hungry.” The women then said that it was “Fine to eat here this time but next time it’s not ok.” So me and my friend begin to eat then the women came over a get in my face pointing saying that” I told you that the baby can eat not you.” “So get up and leave right now, I want you out right now.” The women were so loud that my daughter jump and started crying in my arms. That’s when she called the cops because we was still there I was trying to calm my baby down. I felt disrespected because not once did I raise my voice at her. This should not be unacceptable. I love Subway cookies and food. At this location there was no sign saying NO OUTSIDE FOOD.
