Direct Air Complaint - Travel delays
WORCESTOR, MASSACHUSETTS -- The flight we booked from Worcester, Ma was delayed time wise 3 times on Sun 10/30/11, when we arrived at airport no electricity, running water, no heat and all passengers had to be scanned by hand manually. Our flight was scheduled for 8pm and we boarded at 1130pm and sat on the ground until 230am. When we finally left for Punta Gorda we had to land in Myrtle Beach for fuel and was told about 20mins or so back in the air we waited 1hr20mins and left and arrived on Mon 10/31/11 630AM. Coming back to Worcestor, Ma we also had a 1 hour delay waiting for our plane. To further add insult to injury I paid for reserved seats and was told the flight was open seating and I would have to take it up with Direct Air customer service, The people taking care of us at the desk were very rude responding to a question with WHATEVER and flinging the luggage. If these people are unhappy in their jobs why not leave and give a job to someone who would appreciate to work.
