Sears Complaint - Terrible service on a new washer that has never worked
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- We purchased this Washer in August and it hasn't worked since the first day. It has the infamous "DL" error and will not start. It is now November. We have scheduled numerous service calls (all they do is order and replace parts, no troubleshooting) and we have talked to Sears customer service numerous times. They call us back, but so far, only empty promises.
Service calls take a week or 2. They come out and don't even touch the washer, just order another part. The part comes a week later, a week after that they come and install the part and then we have to schedule yet another service call.
And all we have is a washer that gives the "DL" error and beeps when we try to start it.
