Direct TV Complaint - Do not upgrade with direct TV unless you want to be overcharged and double charged
RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO -- We asked for upgrade after several years of customers with Direct TV. Once we returned the cards from old receivers they started billing us for pay per view from 2004 that they said did not show up until they researched the cards. We paid the bills that were bundled with Qwest, then they charged us late charges. Our bills were always paid on time. Then they said we had additional pay per view changes and added interest on top of that. We never used pay per view and our phone is not connected to the TV's.
