Home Depot/UPS Complaint - The blinds are great....the delivery service is awful!!!!!
ON LINE, CALIFORNIA -- I am now on my third try to receive blinds from Home Depot online that do not arrive damaged/missing pieces.
I'm only being persistent because these blinds are just what I want, at a GREAT price.
Home Depot support is trying everything to get these blinds to me undamaged, including checking the last order completely before shipping. Still no luck...boxes arrived damaged, including one with a obvious fork lift hole that damaged the blind slats themselves. The return desk at my local Home Depot is friendly, but amazed that this continues to happen.
If you are ordering these blinds, consider seeking another method than 'standard' shipping. Unless you like to struggle these blinds into your car and return to the nearest Home Depot!
