Sam's Water Express Complaint - Water Service

BOSQUE FARMS, NEW MEXICO -- We ordered water delivery on 10/10/11. Upon finishing the water, we decided we were not satisfied with the water or the dirty bottles the water arrived in. We took the bottles back to Sam's Water and asked to get back our own bottles that they stated they would hold for us because they were not allowed to use our bottles. The owner, C----- C----- told us that they had misplaced three of our bottles. She told us to purchase three bottles, bring her the receipt and she would reimburse us for our loss. When we returned with the receipts from Wal-Mart she looked at them, slammed them down on her desk and yelled that she would not pay that much money for water bottles, even though they were the same price as her own bottles. we reminded her of our agreement of that morning. She became more agitated and screamed at us to get out of her store. We told her that she was a liar & a cheat. She called the police. We stated to the officers the events that transpired and they apologized for her and said that we could file a small claims against her, which costs more than the loss of the bottles. The owner knows nothing about running a business or about customer service. We want people to be aware of the terrible service with Sam's Water Express.
