USAA Complaint - USAA gives worst experience in 25 years
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I have done business and have accounts with USAA for over 25 years. I have praised, extolled, lavished compliments on the service I have received. I recommended my parents get a loan from them. They found a home in the Villages Florida. The real estate people told me USAA would not follow through. I replied with pride of my 25years of great service. The closing was two days ago and were notified when two hours after the scheduled settlement there was no loan or note sent to the closing office. I am horrified. I have household goods enroute, work scheduled, utilities on, and USAA is doing nothing. This is awful!! The loan processor Linda Rogriguez did not process our loan and has now cost us hundreds of dollars after she told my mom on Nov 11th that she was rushing to get the papers ready for closing. This is awful!
