Air Canada Complaint - Air Canada to the "Junkyard!"

AC flight July 25th. Berlin/Frankfurt/Montreal/Ottawa/(Winnipeg)Edmonton, and return Aug.16th.
Plane left allready 1hr.late from Berlin, made connecting flight to Montreal only very disstressed by running at last moment. At stopover in Ottawa, plane unable to depart because other plane with burning tires is blocking "the only long runway!" After hours of sitting in overheated compartement for hours, finally de-fuelling to use at least short runway for departure to Winnipeg for re-fuelling to continue on to Edmonton. Luaggage did not arrive in Montreal!!! No "foodservice" from Montreal to Edmonton! Arrival in Edmonton nearly 4hrs. late, car rental office closed! Had to go back to airport(35km.one way) next morning to claim car! Luaggage delivered 3 days late!!!
Return flight Aug.16 Montreal/Frankfurt,
After almost 2hrs. in the air, return to Montreal Airport for water??? problems(I've overheard something about hydraulic problems!)Plane had to return to Montreal Airport. Another disstressful many hour long wait on tarmac, without passengers being allowed to leave the airplane, plane departed again for Farnkfurt,again no food served for the longest time until many hours in the air, then of course to little too late, and cold! Should mention that Crew had "Hot Pizza" delivered at Montreal Airport! Can you believe this!Still no water in washrooms, but sinks where full of "Vomitt!" Finally plane arrived 4 hrs. late in Frankfurt with all connecting flights long gone!
To top things off, portable gangway at Frankfur was broken, so another wait before getting off the plane. And then the hazzle of finding a seat on plane back to Berlin!!!!
Where can I adress my letter of complaint to?
No e-mail is given by Air Canada, guess they know why! The media off course will hear of this!
