Sprint Complaint - Galaxy Tab
I tried to order the prepaid Galaxy Tab through Amazon.com. For some reason they (sprint) needed to do a credit check? I talked to a Sprint dude and he asked me questions that I was suppose to know. I answered them to the best of my ability and he declined me. I have a feeling that a different CSP would have approved me. They later sent me a letter that I was declined because they couldn't verify who I was. They never asked me who I was. I am wondering about sprint's business practices when they refuse business because they can't verify that I am me. First ask me my name, social security no., drivers license no., address, email, and phone no. Then maybe we can do business.
Sprint, you kinda suck.
