Burger King #4416 Complaint - Bad Attitude Cause For Bad Service
CLEVELAND, OHIO -- My husband an I only eat Burger King once to twice a week today 11/19/11 we
decided we would get a combo an some extra's first the cashier was more concern about girl in front of me getting married then my order an the new baby her friend just had she only heard part of my order she over charged me.
When I bought it to her attention no apology just that she rung up a 2 combos well I only ordered one then she was saying something under her breath. Like it was my fault she over charged me, I would have canceled the order but we had just came from a doctors appointment an we had not eaten. This is a case of poor customer business, what upset me the most was that it was the manager that was carrying on in this matter, a simple apology would had enough. We the customers are the reason that she has a job an sometime I feel that they forget.
