Penske Compliment - Great experience - Moving Truck

NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT -- After posting a negative review of U-haul, I wanted to take time to praise Penske. Last night, after our U-haul truck broke down 50 miles into our trip we called Penske at 9:30 pm irate and ready to change from U-haul to Penske. They were able to provide a truck the next morning that was larger, cheaper, offered free mileage, and had 10,000 miles on it as compared to 148,000 on the U-haul truck that had broken down.
The staff was friendly and helpful, both on the phone and at the pickup destination. Let's hope the trip goes off without a hitch - we've got 2200 miles to Colorado.
