uBid Complaint - You took money from me.
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- On 10/10/01 your company charged my visa/bankcard $16.97. I have purchased a number of items from you in the past but on this particular occassion I have not made a purchase. I have sent 3 e-mails regarding this problem to your website (as outlined on your website) with no response. I have called your toll free number on several ocaassions, and was put on hold for up to several hours. The one time I did get to speak with someone, I was told to visit the website and send and e-mail.
I am in disbelief that you have no customer service and are unwilling to contact me about this matter.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Please explain to me what this charge is for or refund my money.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
