Mimi's Cafe Complaint - Poor Service

HENDERSON, NEVADA -- Although my friends and I live so close to many other restaurants we usually choose Mimi's Cafe to dine in. We get together at least twice a month for either lunch or dinner and I must admit we are rethinking our dining decisions...Sunday night during our dining experience we were amazed at the unprofessionalism of your wait staff. When we mentioned we had a coupon the server started out saying what we could not use the coupon for he was very annoying...During the dinner one of the ladies asked for more ketsup and she waited for so long we asked a customer at the next table if we could use theirs. At the end of the meal the servers and the manager seemed to have difficulty with the check. This is the second time this month we have had poorly trained servers. The good thing was all four of the ladies including myself was happy with the quality of the food. We go to Mimi's whether we have coupons or not.
Please do something about your servers...get some bright ones..so many people out of work. I feel you could do a better job of training.

What are the specifics regarding why the coupon could not be used, and how the server was annoying?
What problem did both the server *and* the manager have processing the check? It seems like it should be a straighforward matter. It's good that the food is to your liking - sounds like the service needs to be improved a notch.
