Virgin Mobile Broadband 2go Complaint - Poor Service and Worse Customer Service

Cannot listen to a song on you tube or Face Book without stopping ever ten seconds to download. can't watch a movie on Netflix without stopping every fifteen minutes or less for a five minute download. call the customer service number and after going through their phone computer options, which by the way is spoken in very plain English, you finally get a real person who can barely speak English and is much harder to understand because they have very heavy accents. they ask you what problem you have. after you tell them they say you have the wrong number and they can't help you. they give you another number to call which is the very same number you dialed in the first place that got you to this person. UNREAL. RIPOFF! I will not pay another penny to you for service. I also have a phone through Virgin Mobile. I haven't had a problem with that but because of the problem that I have experienced with the broadband 2go I will also cancel it as well.

However, cancelling and going with a competitor is probably a more efficient way of handling this. Thanks for the review!
