Shore Toyota Complaint - Bridgestone Tires
MAYS LANDING, NEW JERSEY -- I brought my 2011 Camry for service last Friday and wanted the service department to examine my tires which were unnaturally worn ( 16k miles ) and were rotated. The service department said that I would have to go to Sears to get the warranty covered. I have dealt with the service department at Sears and knew it would be fruitless, not the mention, this problem should be covered by the dealership. After preceeding to get angry, I left with a very bad taste in my mouth.. I have been a loyal customer ( 7 toyotas ) and I swear, that this bait and switch deal will end my relationship with Toyota. I will make sure everyone I know finds out about this tire issue and make sure they don't buy a single car from your corporation. I am going to cost your company a lot more than the price of 4 tires... thanks for nothing.. this will be the last time you see me or anyone I know buy a crappy Toyota.. ( 16 k miles ) really?
