Interstate Ford Complaint - Service Problems

MIAMIBURG, OHIO -- Purchased a F250 super cab 2011 a drunk driver took out the entire side of the truck at 440 miles. Went back to Interstate to get fixed, said 2 weeks. At 4 weeks I was told truck was ready took it home and the doors were not lined up, truck bed not lined up with cab, took it back. Now a week later got it back things still not right then fondly gave up, two weeks later the stering continued to get loose. They gave me an appointment 1 week later. The guy drove it an said the box was bad another week and one half got in for repair, they had ordered the part, one day to fix... oh!! Ordered the wrong part truck is now apart, said should have the right part next day but didn't come, finally 4 days later got the truck back. Now the truck has been in the shop almost 7 weeks. Today diesel fumes in the cab called to get appointment to Interstate 2 1/2 weeks WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy.
