PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- The entire process, from the time that my claim was submitted, through the processing and updated determination of my claim amount, the personal service from the staff at the concierge center, and the timeliness and patience of working through changes to my updated policy, was a pleasant and overall exemplary demonstration of customer service and personal concern for my needs during what could have otherwise been a very frustrating series of events.
I would like to personally commend the attending claims representative for her attention to detail and professional approach to her support. Though there was a requested re-review of my claim, a reasonably determined and clearly explained update to the reimbursement amount, and several change requests to my new policy based on dealings with a couple of different automotive dealerships, the claims representative was very helpful in her timely and patient assistance in working through what was most likely not a "routine" claims process.
As a Quality Assurance Mananger of over 12 years, I constantly recognize the all too frequent lack of everyday customer service. It's always a pleasure when I have the opportunity to recognize the excellence of those committed to supporting the success of the Company they work for through their recognition and understanding that the customer is normally a key aspect of that success.
