The Spa Cover Store Complaint - The Spa Cover Store appears to be a fraud

RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA -- I ordered a hot tub cover from this business via their web site on Nov.5th, 2011. They charged my credit card that same day. The next day I received an e-mail from them confriming my order and hot tub cover measurements instructing me to contact them if anything concerning my order was incorrect. Everything was correct and I patiently waited for the delivery of my cover which was promised within 14 days maxium. On the nineteeth I went on their web site to view the status of my account, which in turn stated I had no order history. I tried to contact them via their contact link on their web site numerous times in the next few days as well as their toll free number numerous times with absolutely no response. I have now opened a claim through Paypal. I have since discoverd other complaints on the web from consumers who have the same problem....seems we've been scamed.

well I just filed a claim with BBB against this company and contacted my credit card company also I had it happen in almost the exact same time frame as thegreeks95

In the same boat. Ordered the cover on 10/31/11. No cover and unable to make contact with company.
