AT&T U-Verse Complaint - Poor Customer Service
BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA -- I have the account no# 110859xxx. I called customer service to cancel my service on the first week of November-2011. They told me to send the equiment back, and I did, and also they told me once they got the equipment my final bill will be issue, I called today and talk to, miss Dharr, (she was talking to me in very unprofessional way, rode) I ask her please let me talk to your supervisor, she told me he is not here and he will return your call on Tuesday. The reason I decide to cancelled the services because, in the first month everything working good but after that I got a problem in inter-net speed, they send the technician but the problem remain same. There is no phone number listed in their web, to contact them.
