Walmart Complaint - Black Friday Products not placed in accordance with store map!!!
DEMOPOLIS, ALABAMA -- On Thursday, Nov 24, 2011, I arrived at Walmart for the annual Black Friday Sale. A store associate was posted at the entrance handing out product location maps. According to the map the towels and sheets were to be located at the front of the store near the registers. Considering that the towels and sheets were the only reason I was there, I stood in that area for 2 HOURS. At approximately 9:15p, I asked a store associate where the towels and sheets were going to be. She stated that they were going to be in accordance with the map, and placed near the registers at the front of the store. So I continued to wait. At approximately 9:50p the towels were still not in place. A co-manager was walking by and I inquired about the products and she stated that the map they were given were different from the map posted on WALMART. COM. She basically lied. I had a copy of the map that was posted on WALMART. COM and it was exactly the same as the map they were handing out at the door. I wasted over 2 HOURS of my time in your store for NOTHING!!! My time may mean zero to you, but it means a great deal to me. I am extremely disappointed in the services at store 731 and at this time I have not intentions of participating in your BLACK FRIDAY Sale nexy year!!!
