Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings Complaint - Worst Customer Service Imaginable

FAIRFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- Every interaction with the company was problematic - from check out to final installation. They required 80% payment at time of purchase; they never called to set up a time to come to measure;they did not show up the first scheduled day to measure; they required the additional 20% payment prior to "releasing the order"; they did not show up or call the day they were supposed to install the carpet; they promised they would be at our home between 9-11am the second arranged day - they did not show up again! A manager promised we would be the installers first stop TODAY and would be at our home between 9-11; the installer arrived at 12:30 and discovered that they had measured incorrectly and therefore needed to piece together the last step. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE!!
