Complaint - Buyer Beware. Got ripped off and a LOT of excuses

Ugh I am so frustrated and upset. It is now Nov 2011 and I placed an order back in June. I still have not received my products even though she said they were done weeks ago.

I don't know what to do. My comments are being deleted off the company's Facebook and they won't answer. :(

I am sorry I recommended this company to anyone, I think a lot of people have gotten burned by poor, very poor service and theft. is the company.

I wish someone could help me. :(

How did you pay? Credit card? It may be too late to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge, but do it anyway.

You can also contact your state attorney generals department of consumer affairs.
