Best Buy Complaint - They take your money when they don't have the item in stock
What a horrible company to deal with. Bestbuy.com let me place an order and they took the money out of my account immediately when they didn't have the item in stock. Then after being on hold for over 22 minutes with their customer service I was told by a rude representative that it will take 3 days to credit my account. She said they don't know whether or not they have the item in stock- which of course is a lie. They can take the money out immediately but it takes three days to give it back.
