Computer Design and Service Informative - These People are Clueless

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN -- Was looking for a local supplier for parts without having to drive 6 miles through some rough traffic. Upon first entering the store I was set aback by the lack of inventory. Parts that were on the shelves were out dated by at least 2 years. Asked the small little foreign guy that approached me that I was looking to build a custom computer. He spoke with a thick accent and could barely understand him. He proceeded to show me a line of prebuilt computers. Mind you there were no physical machines to look at just advertisements he had put up on a counter top. I started asking him simple questions like how much memory could it be upgraded and he looked at me puzzled. Asked him how big of power supplies they came with and he could not answer that either. I thanked him for his help and told him I would just look around. Again all the displays were pretty bare of stock. They only had 1 or 2 processors which were duel core and not even the I-series. Maybe 1 or 2 motherboards. The selection of memory and hard drive were even worse. The service department was behind some glass windows and did not see much activity in there. Benches were empty of any systems. There was an employee there which I assumed was the technician and he had his back to the glass staring at the computer screen in front of him with some Facebook game running. I would not recommend anyone going here if they are looking for any kind of service or parts
