Sherwin Williams Compliment - Exemplary customer service

DALLAS, TEXAS, TEXAS -- I had made a purchase at Sherwin Williams during a sale that they were having. Shortly after, I received a survey email, and which I filled. I was not so much complaining as much as giving them honest feedback and constructive criticism, with the issue being not enough help on the floor during the sale. To my surprise, a personal email from the store manager himself, arrived shortly with a goodwill gesture. Thank you Sherwin Williams. You have me as a customer for life!

A little customer service goes a long way. I haven't used their paint for a while, but it used to be that it was one of the brands I could trust. I hope it still is.

I once hung out on another planet, where ALL companies were held to the gold standard of supplying exemplary customer service. Anything less was not tolerated, nor was much else. But I digress - nice compliment!
