Shipstore Complaint - Shipstore - Poor Service

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I ordered products from Shipstore.com by means of their web site. They promptly confirmed my order including price and shipping costs. That was the last good experience that I had. The following day they e-mailed me to say that the shipping costs would be more than they had quoted in their order confirmation. After more correspondence they agreed to stick to the original shipping cost - only problem is that it is now nearly a month later and I have still not received the goods that I ordered. I have e-mailed them three times at the address stated in my order confirmation (as well as the address of the person who mailed me about shipping costs) asking for an update on the order status - all without response. I have also called their telephone number several times but could not get through to a human voice, eventually leaving a message to which I have also received no response. My credit card has been debited with the cost of the order but nearly one month later I have not received the goods nor any communication from them. ShipStore service sucks and on the basis of my experience I would not recommend them to anyone else. Postscript - goods finally arrived one month after date of order.
