Capital One Complaint - Dispute A Charge
EMERYVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- Called Capital One customer service and was trying to dispute a charge on a restaurant bad food and service. Numerous times I was told since I signed the receipts Capital One not going to dispute the charge. Talked to another customer service she said she can dispute the charge by writing a letter and faxing it over to capital One. A week later nothing was done by capital and the charge still appeared on my card. Capital one does not protect the consumer and does not dispute a charge. Instead Capital one waste your time so you stop trying to dispute. Advices to others do not sign the restaurant charge when food or service is bad and do not use Capital one credit card. If you can please close the Capital One accounts. Please read all the other horrible customer service statements by other Capital one customers. Capital One blames Visa polices for not taking the dispute. This is not true, its Capital One policy to discourage consumers to file a dispute.
