Metrostyle Complaint - Metrostyle Won't Refund My Money 3 Months Later

RANDOLF, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased some items online with Metrostyle like I always do but time being the second time to get a wrong item, I returned it and was told I had to wait for 2 months for an exchanged and when I opted to get my refund I was told it would take the same amount of time to get my refund. It has been 3 months since, I have made numerous calls and the last one I made on 2nd November 2011 I was told that my refund would be in my account by 15th Nov 2011 since the coompany was going through a financial difficulty. I called on 15th and have been calling since with long waits on the phone un-answered until the automated call disconnects. Today I called 7 times and talked to 7 different customer reps who have been transferring me to a dept. that won't pick up the phone. This is an unprofessional company. For all those thinking about doing business online or making purchases, DONT!! They are thieves, and they lie.

You better contact your credit card company's dispute department before your time limit is exceeded for doing this.

Thiose unanswered calls are m,any times, ones being transfered to MY home phone number, which is incredibly similar to one of their toll free numbers!

I have explained to dozens of callers, have spent hours on the phone with their various c.s. centers, and sent numerous emails.

being old and disabled - I HATE this company!
