Metrostyle Complaint - Metrostyle Won't Refund My Money 3 Months Later
RANDOLF, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased some items online with Metrostyle like I always do but time being the second time to get a wrong item, I returned it and was told I had to wait for 2 months for an exchanged and when I opted to get my refund I was told it would take the same amount of time to get my refund. It has been 3 months since, I have made numerous calls and the last one I made on 2nd November 2011 I was told that my refund would be in my account by 15th Nov 2011 since the coompany was going through a financial difficulty. I called on 15th and have been calling since with long waits on the phone un-answered until the automated call disconnects. Today I called 7 times and talked to 7 different customer reps who have been transferring me to a dept. that won't pick up the phone. This is an unprofessional company. For all those thinking about doing business online or making purchases, DONT!! They are thieves, and they lie.
